I had an issue with a bulb that I purchased from them but after contacting them and being re-sent a NEW bulb, everything is PERFECT! My bulb was easy to install. My bulb works perfectly. I definitely recommend this product from everyone!

These things are hit and miss. I've ordered several over the years, and they always work initially, but vary as to how long they last. Can be anywhere from a week to a year. On average, about 4 or 5 months. Not too bad for the price. But don't be surprised if yours only lasts a week. The next one could last 10 or 12 months! I always have a backup handy.

Sounds like a really good bargain but remember the old saying, you get what you pay for.Lamp lasted 6 weeks then picture started getting dark.

5 days into using the lamp and it seems to be ok. I hesitated buying it because of the previous reviews. As my TV gets older, I am noticing it goes through bulbs faster so I thought, "why not try the $25 bulb'. I'm glad I did. The brightness is good and we cannot tell that it is any different than any other bulb we've purchased. I'll try to remember to let you know how long it lasted us!UPDATE: 10/12/15 and I'm buying another bulb. Went name brand this time. Ill try to remember to post how long that one lasts.

Ordered 2/5/15, Delivered 2/10/15, Died 4/28/15. Followed ALL handling care requirements, (not my first time at the Rodeo), and it STILL burned out this quick. Extremely disappointed. DO NOT purchase this product! The other 1 stars had not been submitted at the time of my purchase. PLEASE be wary of the high ratings and heed the 1 star warnings...
