As a flow artist, I may have higher expectations. This whip is bright, good color options, batter life is solid. I'm used to professional LED props, so to me this tail felt a bit thin. But for someone just looking for something to start with, its a viable option for the cost. Still fun and easy to use.

This is one of those things that has huge art or costume potential for so many applications that you hope it's gonna be nicely built and work as expected.I'm happy to say it's built well and it's been working great both as a gentle whip and E-bike night ride scarf thing.It's gotten a little more straightened out with some gentle whip action over a couple weeks now but it still goes back to the coiled form easily enough for holding and storage so it's acting perfectly for my needs. None of the fiber optic strands have come out or gotten weird at all. It's a little tougher than I thought it'd be but I'm still pretty gentle with it.The battery lasts nearly 2 hours and it charges as expected, all the color choices and modes are cool to play with, and it looks a little cooler than I thought it would the way I'm using it.I was a little hesitant that the value wouldn't be there for this, maybe docking a star for that, but it's working and holding up a little better than I expected so I'll give it 4.5 stars rounded up and can recommend it.

I got this for my kids, and we had such a fun time with it! The colors are bright and eye-catching, and switching between them is as easy as pressing the power button. We ended up using it like a glowing whip, and it held up really well. The rechargeable battery is a huge plus since I donโt have to worry about constantly replacing batteries. Itโs lightweight and easy to carry, making it perfect for parties, costumes, or just having fun. Definitely a great pick for something unique!

This fiber optic light has long multiple strands that can be cut to length. It comes with a remote control to easily select between different colors. The really nice thing about this is it has rechargeable batteries so all you need to do is charge it with the included USB cord and it is a good to go for more than 12 hours. You can use this for multiple costumes or decorations for different types of parties or events. This is very lightweight and easy to carry with you anywhere you go or for whatever you wanna use it for. Cool for the kids to play with also.

Although itโs a โwhipโ thereโs no chance of injury to yourself or anyone else. It seems itโs a party favor. Since the whip has its own light source and rechargeable battery, it could also be used for lighting project requiring fiber optics. Pretty interesting!

See how the image for the item has the fibers all coiled?Expect that to be how you receive it. And also how the fibers will be FOREVER. There is no weight to the fibers at all, so they constantly spring back into that coiled up mess, which is obviously a bit of a problem. Don't expect these to fall elegantly, don't expect these to drape or draw across the body, instead expect them to just be.... springy. Constantly springy.
