- Question 1: How to set up the lock?
- Answer: Connect the [eSmartLock] App to set up, you can download and install the App from the App Store (iOS) / Google Play (Android).
- Question 2: Why other unregistered fingerprints can unlock the lock?
- Answer: Before the first fingerprint is registered successfully, it is the experience mode, any fingerprint can unlock the lock in experience mode. Please check if the first fingerprint is registered successfully.
- Question 3: Why my fingerprints cannot be registered successfully?
- Answer: One fingerprint needs to be collected 5 times that will be registered successfully. So you should enter the same fingerprint 5 times instead of entering 5 different fingerprints when registering a fingerprint.

This fingerprint lock is incredibly easy to use and very reliable. I love how quickly it unlocks with just a touch and the Bluetooth app makes managing access a breeze. This is a really neat little lock. I plan on using it for my shed. I think the fingerprint scanner will be more convenient than the combination lock i currently use. Setting it up was easy and you can share with another account. I added my wife and added her fingerprints too. It really wasn't difficult. You just need to set up and account with the app, you can find it from the QR code.
