Jacket was short. Got a 5xl for a bigger guy at work. He stands about 6’8 so the large size ant just about getting around his belly. It didn’t come down to his waist. The inner fleece liner is a thin zip in vest. Jacket overall was a disappointment.

This is a light weight jacket. You better layer in winter, because it's not warm. Fit is probably better for guys in good shape, because it stops at waist. If you have a V-shape, you get a lot of compliments. Belt attachments are perfect to keep it in place. No information on ANSI class, so may not satisfy for traffic duty. It's kinda like a class 3, but not in writing.

Not as described. It only has a zip-in fleece vest. Seems like a decent rain shell but it would not be warm enough for winter in Kentucky without a full fleece liner.
