How to replace a pulley
Removing the old water pump pulley
Locate the water pump pulley
Remove the belt from the pulleys.
Remove any components in the way of the drive or serpentine belt
Remove the clutch fan
If you have a clutch fan or flex fan, remove this fan using protective leather gloves.
Installing the new piece
Installing the new pulley and reassemble everything
