I thought I was receiving what the photo showed, which was a bound spine. Instead, it was spiral-bound, which is difficult to use and bulky to store.

I love this tracker/journal. You can keep track of your fitness, your emotions as well as your diet. There is room for everything. Fantastic!!!

I’ve been using the fitlosophy journals for a while now and I love the prompts and setup of their journals. The hard-bound style pictured in this listing is the style I like to get and why I made this purchase. Unfortunately, the journal I received is the bulkier spiral-bound style that does not fit in my purse. I’m sure the content is still great, so if the spiral bound is fine with you, I’d still recommend this, but I will be looking for another hard-bound one

I write in it most days. I love to track nutrition and exercise and reflect on what I did the day before. I have my coffee and write in it.

I love this journal because it has an area for me to journal what I am thankful for each day, as well as details of my healthy eating/living journal. I love the inspirational quotes at the top as well as the tips at the bottom that provide info for my journey.Highly recommend!
