This cord worked perfectly for my wife's Alta for about 7 months. Then it just quit charging. No visible damage. It was not abused. Only recommended as a last resort.

This charger fits my old Fitbit Alta perfectly. I like how the cord is longer than the original charger's cord - it no longer needs to hang from the plug. And the reset button is really nice too - something my original charger had, but most replacements do not.

I had to replace my fitbit alta charger multiple times because the springs don't last. Unfortunately, Fitbit is no longer making the chargers for alta. There are many compatible alta chargers but none with a reset button. I'm glad I found this one! It charges my alta and the reset button works. I just got my alta so I might return with an update. Great buy. Good price and I get to keep my alta!

This is one of the few fitbit replacement cords that I found that actually have the reset button which is a must for your fitbit.
