You have to put it together, you will need tools (including a power drill), and the baskets are always different and crazy to install. BUT, this is a 5 star chair. So, expect inconvenience and you wont be disappointed.

Chair is okay, but it looks like it may have been used. It was missing the wire basket and did not come with any screws for the back. The seat of the chair was already secured, but was backwards. Very bizarre!

We love that chair❗️The bottom of the chair was already assembled BUT they failed to include the needed screws for the top part as needed.Since we already have a collection of screws we were able to finish.It is very stable and sits perfect.Great buy!

Got this as a computer chair because I was sick of paying large sums of money for a nicely built chair and then slowly breaking over extended daily use. This chair is super comfortable and I can do my computer work in comfort!

Very comfortable and very stable. I'm 378 pounds, and it feels awesome. There was a little work in putting part of it together, but nothing too hard.
