These chairs have a small seat in both length and width. In addition, the sides of the seat curl up into a lip which is a little uncomfortable to sit on. Although the chairs can support a higher weight, which is great, I returned them because of the seat side lip.

These are great in my mid century modern house. My kitchen is bright green with orange and yellow accents. And the cabinets are a dark brown/espresso color. They look outstanding. They really are heavy duty.
