After prolonged use, these timers may experience an issue where they will show a 'Low Battery Alert', flash 12:00 continuously on the display or fail to turn on altogether. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are working diligently to replace the power supply for anyone impacted. Additionally, we have worked with our supplier to correct the problem so that it does not recur.

Come già descritto da altri acquirenti, il timer smette di funzionare dopo circa 4 mesi. Disconnessioni continue fino al punto di non collegarsi del tutto. Quando, e sottolineo quando, crea situazioni imbarazzanti in palestra, a volte urla "3, 2, 1, finito!!!" a metà workout, mentre il display segna 12:30 rimanenti. Altre volte ci sono due timer contemporaneamente, ognuno con i propri tempi e segnali acustici assolutamente casuali.Terribile e inaccettabile.

$300 timer starts indicating low battery and then it finally dies. There’s NO BATTERY! It’s plugged into the wall! EMAILED SUPPORT AND THEY SENT OUT NEW MOUNTS AND NEW POWER SUPPLY. Fixed! Horrible error code, excellent customer service.

The clock is perfect for my home gym. It is easy to use and the Gym Next app makes the clock versatile. I use the clock almost daily and have never had any issues apart from one time hardware failure, which Gym Next immediately responded to my email over the weekend and had a replacement sent within a few hours. Gym Next raises the bar on customer service, top notch.

I loved these timers for my combat sports academy. They worked great for almost 10 months then all of a sudden they stopped working. Doesn't show any power to the units. These are expensive units to stop working within the first year of purchasing them. I purchased them on May 17, 2023 and they didn't even last 1 year. SUPER DISAPPOINTED

The GymNext Flex Timer Gym Edition is perfect for the National Archery in the Schools (NASP) 2-minute rule to shoot each 5-arrow end.The rule, combined with use of the GymNext Flex Timers, are meant to pace the archers, not penalize them.The Howell Archery Club in Michigan saw immediate positive results. Archers that had a very fast pace slowed down. Whereas, archers that had a slow pace sped up. Either way, the archer’s anxiety is lower when they know exactly how much time is left during their end. When properly paced, NASP archers have time to let down their arrow (when something is not going right) and redo the 11-Steps to Archery Success.Tips for using the GymNext Flex Timers for NASP:Flex Timers: Use multiple (synchronized) Gym Edition timers, located above the arrow curtain, evenly spaced. Whether the archer is left or right-handed, in the 1st or last lane assignment, the height of the 4-inch digits allows all archers, coaches and spectators to easily see the shot clocks from anywhere in a school gym.Wall Mounts: Mount the Flex Timers with a TV / monitor wall mount that allows you to tilt and pan the Flex Timer towards the 10 and 15 meter shooting lines. Consider adding a cage with shield to protect the timers. El aparato como tal funciona bien, la app es decentemente amigable sin embargo el cable de adaptador de corriente ea extremadamente corto para colgarlo en la pared se necesita una extensión lo cual no es tan conveniente, me hubiera gustado que trajera mejores soportes y hasta tornillos para montarlo en la pared no son tan caros y hubiera sido un buen detalle.Cumple con lo que promete
