It's a tight fit but as described. It's my second Flexel wet-suite. So I wore the first one out by daily use from Feb 1st until about June 1st. By daily I mean daily six days a week for an endurance swim. By June 1 the wet-suit was light gray and had no elasticity. It was falling apart; it had a couple of tares and I couldn't wear it. Hey, no complaints here. I go through suites. This worked well for me so a got a second one.

Upon unpacking item was new. The color was exactly what I wanted. Fun bright pink. But because of my curves I sized up to a large but it was still a bit small. So definitely consider sizing up. Item has a drawstring closure to keep it snug and probably from folding over like some Other brands do.

These run a little small. I had no problems with the product itself, but I felt like a busted can of biscuits pouring out of these things. I encourage all women with large derrieres to size up.

Great for kiteboarding - stay in placemedium 5-7 140lbss easy enough on and off. I wear them underneath a long sleeve “onesie”rash guard so no wedgie and no shirt riding up.

I am a 53-year-old middle-weight mother...I purchased these to wear while jet skiing to help with irritation. Works like a charm and surprisingly easy to get off and on while wet so I don’t have to wear them all day. Also helps me from getting sunburned on the tops of my thighs.

I’m a woman but these fit me just fine. I’m 5’5” and 160# and the large fit me. They are long eno to cover my thighs (thank you) and they have a cute little slightly slanted hem that is flattering. Comfy too.

I'm not so sure about the elastic waistband part; mine had not waistband at all. The drawstring makes it basically not needed anyway. The sizing is accurate. I'm a 35" waist and got the XL. The fit is good at the waist but just slightly large in the leg, which is what I had wanted. Using them specifically to repel paddle drip when kayaking.
