The coat is ok, it is fairly warm and lightweight at the same time.The issues I have are:1) the side hand pockets are somewhat small. It would be nice if they were deeper2) the zippers in the side breast pockets are scratching hands, which is especially irritating when the weather is cold and the hands are dry3) I hate that the coat does not have the hanging loop4) the main zipper is weird. It looks like it is sewn inside out, where the zipper hides inside and the protective strip, that is usually on the inside is out. Hard to explain but see the picture5) overall zippers are cheap

This coat fits well, has nice hand-warmer pockets, and is warm. Has one inside pocket. Hopefully, it will last a long time.

I am very pleased with the overall fit and quality of this parka. I needed something to wear while walking the dog in this cold winter, and this coat delivered. Like other reviews, I noticed the zipper could be the link weak (it is a fine toothed zipper), but if I am slow zipping it up, then no issue. This is true to size, which cannot be said of other parkas sold here.

I live in a region where coats like this are not necessary most of the year. But when we do get a taste of winter it comes with a vengance. So, coats of this weight and style usually spend years in the back of the closet waiting to be called upon when the Alberta Express gets this far south.This is a well made coat for the price. It is heavy, comfortable and has a nice arrangement of pockets for gloves, phone, keys etc. When the January/February cold snaps come, I will be glad it is in my closet.

This coat is incredibly warm and practical for cold weather. The water-resistant material does a great job of keeping me dry, and the hood adds extra protection from the wind. The fit is true to size, and the pockets are roomy and functional. I’ve worn this during harsh winter conditions, and it kept me comfortable the entire time. It’s a fantastic option for anyone needing a heavy-duty winter coat.

This parka is warm but doesn't feel heavy. Size XL is the comfortable fit I expected. The hood has a drawstring and it zips right up to the neck to keep the wind out. If you've ever lost your $300 key fob somewhere in deep snow along your travels and you are guaranteed not to find it until spring, you will appreciate the zippered and button flap pockets. Although it's warm it's not too heavy so it doesn't weigh you down and in cold weather it's warm enough and in frigid weather you can layer if you need too because it's not so heavy. It's also not so puffy it makes you look ridiculous. It's also long enough that if you're doing something in the cold like shoveling snow that requires you to bend at the waist, the jacket will protect your hips from the cold. It's a solid winter jacket.
