The bracelet itself is very pretty, however, the very first photo of the product you see shows the items needed for filling the heart, as it is small. They are not included in the packaging, so unless you purchase them yourself, you can't fill it. It is an extremely small opening, so it needs the absolute smallest funnel you can find.

This item is very sentimental to me I don't mean to knock it but the heart on the bracelet slides back and forth and underneath. I went to the jewelers because I wanted the heart on a chain and was told it wasn't silver 😕

This bracelet is flexible (I haven't had it long so hope it doesn't break!), shiny (it hasn't lost it's color even wearing in the shower) and it's versatile because it can hold other charms. I'm putting the ashes in the charm that came with the bracelet but I've also included other charms my loved one has given me through out the years.
