One of my absolute favorite finds on Amazon! That said, It was also a accidental find and I am so glad for that! I am using this as an alternative purpose item and it is for a group of kitties whom love to lay together but just can't seem to find the right type of betting to suit to them. I saw this and thought, this is exactly what I think they are wanting... Besides being higher than a normal type bed or ideal for the kitty, because I think it tricks them into believing they are somewhat hidden when they are in fact clearly, not LOL. It seems to offer them. A superficial sense of security; And judging by the way they pile in all together just as I thought, I would. Guess they are more than pleased with the choice! For the price. You can't beat it. The design and print is adorable. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised but overjoyed that it glows because that was just a really cool bonus. I did not notice at first. The fabric is fantastic and very thick but super soft. The color Dynamics are very pleasing to the eye and whether you are going to use for children or pets, I think this is going to be a very great product choice because it is well made and should last worry good bit of time. Another nice addition is the removable pad that goes into the bottom which allows for easy cleaning of either the outer portion or the inner foam pad itself. In all my years working with both animals and children, I have never come across something quite like this and this is a really, truly fantastic concept. By way of everything you can imagine. Imagine. I am so silly excited about this purchase because it's just a truly brilliant concept and seeing as how my kitties are enjoying it the same way I imagine my children would have, it's just a win win for me all the way around!

* I wanted to edit this review to show the pit after it has fully expanded. I felt bad that I said it was too floppy, when it expanded to be more supportive. It is still pretty soft, but not as bad as the original picture.It truly is toddler sized, and I would suggest that it be a toddler who is steady on their feet. The dinosaur covering is a very soft Sherpa material, and is fully removable for washing. My picture is straight out of the box. I was a little disappointed over the floppy foam that it’s made out of, and the bottom has very little cushioning. The sides fold in with next to no pressure, so anything wanting to get out could with ease. I was hoping that it would be something my 10 year old could just chill out in to read a book or something, but she would need a lot of pillows to be comfortable because the foam is so thin. My daughter was gifted 100 ball pit balls, and I don’t think that would fill this. I’m just guessing, but I think it would take 500-600 balls to even be fun.Since I often have newborn kittens, I think I will use it as a nursery. That’s something I think this would be perfect for, newborn small animals who need to be contained. I would throw a heating pad in with a waterproof pad, and this ball pit would be a penthouse to a momma cat and babies.
