Our high density and highly comfortable foam for cushions are custom cut to ensure a perfect fit for any project.

We've got exactly what you need to complete that sofa makeover or chair upholstery project. Our foam is long lasting and ideal for places that get daily traffic.

Our 1.8 density foam has a compression rate of 44 pounds, and 100 % recovery rate. That means affordable comfort with just the right amount of softness and support.

Whether you are looking for a thick or thin quality foam material, we've got you covered with our custom cuts and large variety. Make sure you measure twice, order once! The measurements you should record is the length, width, and height of your cover from seam to seam. If you need help determining the correct size, we will be happy to assist you!

Our foam is ideal for couch cushion filling, stuffing for crafts, outdoor cushion inserts, chairs, pillows, ottomans, stools and DIY headboards. They're also great to use in your RV and camper or as a cushion foam for boat seats, car seats, golf cart seats, workout benches, cots, and window seats. If you need to transport fragile items, place a foam sheet in a carry case for extra cushioning to prevent breakage.

Your package may come vacuum packed, rolled or compressed. Once you receive your cushion and upholstery foam, use a pen or a pencil to make a small incision and break the seal. Do not use a box cutter. Foam should be fully expanded within 72 hours.

This was the absolute perfect size to fix my couch…which is about 20-25 years old. Cushions were getting kinda uncomfortable but I put this foam piece under them and wow what a difference! Any thicker and my cushions would not have fit ontop.

This foam is exactly as described and what I expected it to be. It is not memory-foam, but rather normal cushion foam that bounces back right away. It came rolled up in a tiny package but it bounced back to normal as soon as I released it. I used this to make a puppet (the pattern called for 0.5" foam) and it was perfect. If you are stressed out trying to find foam to make a puppet because this is an oddly specific use that is never mentioned in product descriptions, you have come to the right place!

The quality is nice enough, but it's mislabeled as 1/2" thick. Even after waiting hours for the foam to fully expand, it's only 3/8".

I ordered 3 of the 24 inch memory foams. They were not all the same thickness. They were all supposed to be 1/2 inch thick. Only one was 1/2 inch and the others were 3/16th and one was 1/4 inch. Plus, they were not all of the same density. One was dense and the other two were very thin. I guess, they send what ever they have on hand. So, if you need exact measurements and density, don't bother wasting your time and money.
