I am so frustrated with these sweatshirts. My husband wore them one time each, and only for a few hours total. They had little fabric balls ALL over. He didn't snag it on anything either. It was the worst quality material we have ever bought. We will not recommend this to anyone.

This hoodie is really really thick. It did shorten up a lot after washing and drying it. But not bad enough to where it wasn't wearable. Just noticable. The safety thing was really cheap. I didn't buy it for this. Do I don't care. But if this is important to you. It s not great.

4 stars includes the sweater and the bright add-on. Full disclosure I got this for my niece, who does not need the reflective piece but loves the color Orange. This is SO bright!!It’s soft on the inside but not very soft on the outside, almost rough. It’s hard to describe but it reminds me of that knit waterproof fabric.The sizes seem to be accurate.

This is basically a regular black hoodie with some high viz straps you wear over top of it. The straps are good and should last, and are definitely visible night or day with a good reflective material. The hoodie itself is comfortable and very warm. It’s 100% polyester so if you work anywhere near flame or sparks you don’t want to be wearing this, and they say as much on the tag too. The weave is nice and tight and it’s a good quality hoodie overall. The hood is very large, so it should fit well over a hard hat but may be a bit big if you’re not wearing one. It’s really comfy and isn’t overly scratchy. Overall, it’s a nice hoodie and I don’t have any complaints, but the price point it’s offered at (currently $40) seems a little pricey for a 100% polyester hoodie, even a nice one. Still, with the straps included if you don’t already have any or a vest, it may make sense and be a decent value to you. Value is subjective after all, and the hoodie itself is warm and comfortable and should last even in a work environment.

Update: After wearing and washing this hoodie several times it's developed a bunch of little fabric balls (pilling?) all over. I can't get them off with a lint roller or even duct tape. It looks terrible. It's s shame because it's very warm and I really liked it at first.I ordered this high visibility hoodie to wear while walking my dog at night. We live on a dark rural road, and cars fly by at well over the 55mph speed limit. Anything I can do to increase our visibility is a good idea.The hoodie is true to size and very warm. I got the bright orange version which does stand out, especially with the reflective straps on. The straps are a stretchy material so they fit snugly, and they're completely separate from the hoodie so you can choose when to wear them.I washed the hoodie when it arrived (I do that with all my new clothes). It didn't shrink, or fade, or bleed, or anything like that. The materials and the stitching are good quality so I really have no complaints. I believe I'll get a lot of good use from this hoodie.

Edit: after wearing it for a full day working in the house, it’s unfortunately not holding up well. The pocket, where it would be rubbing against things as I move is getting those little balls of fabric built up. It looks like crap. 😤Updated from five stars to two for poorest quality fabric.I got this because I’ve been on a neon kick. Yes it glows under black/blue light. It’s so soft on the inside as a new hoodie always is. The xl is prefect for me, 5’2, 180 female. My shoulder to shoulder width is 20inches, the hoodie is 22 and change I think? It’s perfect, I think the large would have been “neater” for going about town and handling errands, not that the xl is sloppy or anything. I prefer my clothes a little baggy and the large would have fit right as well. But I like the extra space of the xl. I plan to use some sublimate ink on this, or some HTV. Though the tag states not to iron. We’ll see what happens. I gave the hazard vest to a client, so I can’t attest to the quality of that. But it looked like a decent item
