I chose the small ones. Too small to eat soup out of. Maybe ice cream or fruit. They do look nice, though.

The first thing that I noticed when I took out this skull bowl from the packaging, was how amazing the glaze is! It looks all even and is a good thickness. This is the larger 500ml version and I am going to use it for decoration and to hold candy. Due to the nooks and crannies, I personally will not be using this for food but it is reassuring that this is food safe.

Ok, so I was honestly expecting a kinda kitschy, tacky-looking skull bowl. but man, this thing actually looks NICE and is really well made - like, I'm not even afraid to put it in the dishwasher! Holds more than enough soup or dip for anyone. Impress your friends and enemies by slurping from your skull bowl today! (tomato soup highly recommended)

I got the large size and was able to fit a really good amount of candy into it. It definitely adds to my spooky aesthetic I have going on for September/October. The quality is good although I wouldn’t use it for speghetti as pictured because the little curves on the inside might be hard to clean. However it’s very versatile as decor but it’s also functional as I’m using it as a candy bowl.

I love how this skull bowl looks, except for the dimple under each eye, which seems out of place. The glaze on the inside of the bowl is perfect, but a close inspection of the outside reveals a few spots were a bubble formed in the glaze, but honestly you'll not notice unless you're looking for it. With the shape of this bowl, you'll want to clean it soon after you use it, so leftovers don't get died out in the corners. I found another seller with both bowls for a better price, so if you shop around you can probably get a better deal.

I got this a a surprise for a friend who loves all things Skeleton like. I've gotten skeleton items for her before, and she always appreciates them. Seems like a gag gift to me but she always appreciates them as she is a skeleton item collector.
