I purchased these for my 64 c10 with a high hump after I redid my bench seats and added more padding ie Snowden style. No instructions but we got it figured out. We mounted the brackets on the inner bracket holes and it lines up fine with the cab original seat holes. I’m able to fit two 12 shallow blaupunkt subs and two 6x9 in the cab corners with an amp under the seat, still room to add another amp under driver if I choose. You will loose the ability to move your seat forward and back since you will fix set the seat when you bolt down but it’s not a deal breaker. No got perfect clearance for my knees. I’m 5”7 about 185 lbs for reference.

No instructions. No bolts. Seemed sturdy. Didn't work on a 1972 C-20 with short 5" rear height factory brackets. It may work for your truck. Returned and went with FCF Brand.
