Box was new and sealed. It didnt have any instructions or descriptions in english, but I thought that was probably ok. I opened the power supply, plugged it into the xbox and then into the wall. NOTHING. the power supply lit up, but it wouldnt turn on the xbox. So... did not work as intended and I will be returning.
