This is a cute set. The protecting glaze on these bowls seems to be good quality, I have been putting them in the dishwasher & it still looks & works great, food tends to slide right off, easy to clean.

I sometimes like a quick nutritious snack late in the evening and often microwave some fresh cooked beans, with a little cheese added or just some rice with soy sauce. I had a similar (different manufacturer) set that I had purchased and used for over 20 years, same size. Time and grand kids finally finished that set off. No worry, I got my money's worth.The are porcelain and will chip when abused as any porcelain would. I do recommend just hand washing in hot water, they clean very easy that way. They are 'dishwasher safe' but if you stack them up in a dishwasher next to each other, you will probably get chipping due to the vibrations. Hint; Hand wash.I would recommend these to people who know how to properly use porcelain dishes ;)

Bought these porcelain bowls to replace bone china bowls after I dropped and broke some of my 20+ year old originals. These are thicker and heavier than the bone china versions and, therefore, look less refined. Porcelain is also less durable than bone china. Still, perfectly adequate for everyday use. I do wish the Fitz and Floyd Naveah White rice bowls had not gone out of production. I'll have to adjust.

Los compré pensando que sean un poco más grandes pero realmente son pequeños pero su calidad es muy buena aunque como alguien ya lo había comentado la parte de abajo del tazón viene un poco rasposa pero todo lo demás está perfecto mis hijos comen su cereal en ellos y a veces servimos salsas o botana estan muy practicos y son de buena calidad

These are the ones still in the box (behind). Perfect size for rice. Although they are not pure white like my Corelle, they are a LOT cheaper and should work fine for hot pot nights with my family. I thought they were packed fine, no damage. Exactly how dishes were packaged when I lived in Japan.

These are the perfect size bowls for rice. I've used them for porridge/oatmeal and it was a nice size bowl for that as well. Seem very sturdy and hold up fine in the dishwasher. The only issue was in how they were packed during shipping. Most of the bowls had a foam separator but some did not and I was worried about getting the bowls apart. It took a couple hours of effort but we finally managed without damage to the bowls or any person. Overall, I would buy these again if needed either for the house as some break through general accidents or as a gift.

These are DINKY if you want useless little bowls for particular occasion where you want to be stingy with portion size these would be right up your alley. They are inexpensive take up very little space might use one or 2 a month at best when other are in the dish washer but thats itThey were cheap and not worth hassle to return because I did not get up off my keester and grab a measuring tape and measure the dimension of the godawful set of bowls these where to replace as they were right size simply 30 years old and the print was god awful. When ordering the next set of bowls to replace these you can betcha I got a tape measure and figured out my bowls were 29 ounces and that these cute lil useless 10 ounce bowls simply would not cut it as a cereal or soup bowl. Nothing bad about these mind you simply a guy ordering dishes and messing it up.

I use these small ceramic bowls to hold the cat's wet food. They are just the right size for him. When he's done, I put them in the dishwasher and they clean well. I would not recommend them for use by humans as they are just too small to use as bowls, but maybe okay to put out condiments in them. I've been using this kind of bowl for my cat for years and they stack well and don't take up too much room in the cupboard. Since they are relatively cheap, I buy them over and over again as they get chipped or broken. Good deal for me.

The cups are the perfect size to use for ice cream, portioned rice and as cooking prep bowls. The workmanship is great, smooth and light-weight. It looks elegant compared to the restaurant cups as it has a nice sheen to it.I am very happy with my purchase as it matched my existing light cream GluckStein Home plate set.

Got these awhile back and returned them, but was browsing for bowls again. Didn’t realize 10 oz was so small. The ad pics are definitely misleading. The bowls are lovely, but very small. They may be good for dipping sauce or for those little side dishes, but not a full rice bowl with side dishes topped on it.I liked them, but just wish they were bigger.
