We used this in my kids karate classes, only got to pull it out in about 6 classes the hardware inside became loose and now it will not stay on. i am hoping to get in contact with customer service to see if it can be fixed or replaced as its rather expensive to break while doing what its supposed to do.

Simple app that does exactly as it says. Surprisingly light and very good quality. As a multiple martial arts gym owner, I have used many other electronic force measurements that are usually inaccurate where you have to either strike precisely on the same area or the sensor just doesn't read consistently, but after some extensive use, this is a reliable indicator of force. Definitely will be getting more of these - well-made technology!
