It came all smoothed down and rolled up. After cutting thru the plastic and letting it expand for a few hours, I tried it out. Immediately felt relief from my herniated disc. I am hoping this will help me rest better.The covers zip off so they can be washed. Pillow quality is great.

What I like most about the pillows is that comes in two parts and has Velcro so that you can take the two parts apart if you want it's good for legs and back. If you have the parts velcroid together it will give you the highest reach. The only thing I would change personally is that it's all white but you can take the white cover off and it can be washed. Personally, for me this pillow has been a godsend.

I like the option to combine or separate the two pillows. The Velcro holds them together nicely so they don’t wiggle around and loose support. Bought for my legs but together or single, the pillow is a little too big for my height 5’1”. Will likely use for sitting up in bed. Material is soft to the touch but I also purchased suggested pillowcases.
