I don't know if this supplement is helping me but I wanted something completely tasteless and this is it.

What can I say about this powder that hasn't been said for 7000 years. It is special. If the second movement of Mozart's piano concerto #21 has never made sense to you, if you puzzle over some of the aesthetic decisions in Bartok's MIkrocosmos, if you still can't compute the wave function you are in, all will be made cleared by having some of this powder on a Friday night. Or a Tuesday afternoon if you are a shift worker

Easily digestible. Able to mix into a variety of foods and beverages. No unpleasant side effects that other forms of calcium have caused.

Review for 'Freeda Calcium Phosphate Powder - Kosher Calcium Supplement for Men & Women, Animal Bone Health & Joint Support for Dogs & Cats - Calcium and Phosphorus Supplement - Calcium Without Vitamin D, 16oz' in 2023.When you're on keto you lose your electrolytes super fast. In addition, you're restricted diet makes it hard to get all the nutrients you need. Calcium and phosphorous are two of the major electrolytes and this product supplies nearly 100% of both in a single tsp serving. Easy! Also made in USA with our tighter guidelines so I feel comfortable that it's safe to ingest.Note that the powder is SUPER FINE and will absolutely go everywhere if you breathe on it or drop your scoop, but that does make it so it mixes very easily into your food/drink so this is a positive for me.

Quality and Good Customer ServiceI ordered the Calcium Phosphate and D3. I received them promptly and well packaged. This is important since I've had a few issues with Amazon shipments recently. I also received a note from the seller today checking on the package and prompting me to leave my review. Nice touch. I spend considerably more on other products this summer and didn't hear a beep. Congrats to Freeda for remembering customer service matters. The quality seems good. Clean package, fresh, and labeled correctly. I have no issues there. It's vegan. Yeah! No Yeast, no gluten (another reason I take it, it for celiac disease). no artificial anything, and no gelatin. Lastly there's no sucrose - HELLO!!! I don't understand why some supplements contain other ingredients that are not essential. The expiry date is two years from the date of purchase. For me all those are excellent.EffectivenessI've only used the product for a few days. Yet I can feel a difference. Full disclosure I am NOT using it for bone and pain but for homeostasis relating to anemia and mental health. Because I do not eat enough greens, my meals lack both calcium and phosphates. I also have a sweet tooth which contributes to the problem. I was born with anemia which was never fully remedied. I occasionally get mild eczema resulting from it. For years, I also struggled with energy and fatigue. What I have notice so far is increased energy as this cell salt remedies anemia and builds up new blood cells. "I feel better." Ok I know that's not necessarily scientific but when you live with a condition for years, I can tell when I feel better, more energetic, focused, and vital. Here are some other reasons I am using it for memory and anxiety as well.Time will tell if those improve.I think it's a great supplement specially when I do not eat enough greens. I like the fact that the company is ancient LOL since 1928. So they probably know a thing or two. I plan to combine this supplement with a whole food approach to my nutrition. I started the whole foods program years ago and doubled down since May. Since no remedy can counter a harmful diet, my sweet tooth is the last to go and must go. With the anti-anxiety effects of calcium phosphate, I am hoping to experience less emotional cravings for sweets from using this product. That would be an added benefit. In six months (or so), I will update or add to this (Trusting I will remember ;-)In the meantime, I recommend this product because the reasons mentioned above. Good quality, good customer service, established company, experienced quick results, and good potential long-term benefits.

Product seems OK but when I asked if it was screened for lead / heavy metals I got no answers and eventually got an email back saying:"We sent your question about Freeda Calcium Phosphate... to the Amazon community and unfortunately none of them have yet responded.Questions remain unanswered when we do not have enough customers to ask or when the question is particularly difficult to answer. At this point your question is unlikely to receive an answer, but it will remain posted on Amazon and we will notify you if anyone responds."So I like the idea of calcium + phosphate, but calcium + phosphate + lead does not sound so good. Will update here if I do get an answer back.

I purchase the Freeda Calcium Phosphate Powder to use as a supplement. I liked that is just calcium phosphate and claims to be free of many other ingredients. As a person with many allergies, I am always hesitant to try something new. The calcium phosphate powder is very fine, the texture feels like cornstarch and this texture makes it easy to incorporate to any food: beans, salads, desserts, rice, anything that I can think of to be able to include it in my diet. I don’t feel any flavor added and I don’t feel any grainy texture. So far is working and I am glad I found it.

This powder is by far the best calcium supplement I've tried and I've tried a lot. Calcium pills are usually huge which is a problem for me, but even when I found some that were not as gigantic, you had to take several and they were always calcium carbonate which is extremely constipating. I'm not a fan of trading one problem for another. I researched different types of calcium and the phosphate seems to be the best for the GI tract. I was a little nervous about getting a powder because I thought that even if it said it was flavorless there was no way it was...but this actually is. I mix one scoop in about 1/4-1/2 cup of orange juice in the morning. It dissolves completely and has absolutely no taste. It does change the color of the juice very slightly but since it doesn't impact the flavor, that doesn't matter to me. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an easy-to-digest and easy-to-swallow calcium supplement. One container of this lasts for just about 4 months. Worth it.
