Defective! First one lasted a few days and the replacement they sent lasted 2 months. The wire falls off and it's impossible to put back on.

When we originally ordered part the incorrect one was sent and a replacement was sent out… awesome…. Now here we are 4 months later and the part has already failed and the return window has closed.

This part fit perfectly on a 2016 Kia Optima as expected. However, I purchased one for each of the 4 doors as they all went out within a month of each other. All 4 were packaged in a thin cardboard box and the door pull mount section protrudes out from the molded panel and stuck through the cardboard. When I went to install it, this part had broken off. Packaging could be better to protect this part. I installed it anyway and JB Welded it back on. For a >$100 part I would expect better.
