I've now purchased TWO of these items, this last one was just 6 weeks ago and BOTH failed, the quality seems really poor. I rarely use this and the second one is already broken. I would like replacements for BOTH starters motors ASAP and hopefully these TWO NEW starter motors will last longer than the other two I've purchased. I don't know if I just received bad batches, but I do need these starter motors and I'm hoping these two new ones will be better quality. I'm disabled and really need electric starters. Thank you

Installed on Firman 3650 watt generator with no problem. Identical to the starter that came off the machine. I would recommend this starter and buy it again if needed.

I have a snow blower, it has a starter on it that's 120v. I added a 12v battery for lights and thought a 12v starter would be nice so I can start it even if I'm not near a 120v outlet.The electric starter looks nice but it doesn't fit my engine. It's very similar, but the bolt holes used on my old starter don't exist on my new starter. It could be that since I have a 120v starter on it things are different?So I may be an outlier, going from 120v to 12v on my 208cc engine. I'm going to try modifying it and I will post back if it works but that'll be after New Years before I can get to that.
