The shoe does not effectively cover the back of the foot so it moves constantly when walking. The arch is off so they become very painful very quickly. Have purchased similar shoes in the the past, this is the first pair that gave me blisters on my toes and severe arch and toe pain. The issue is the quality not the fit of the shoe which was fine.

Shoe sizes seem to be all over the place. I wear 12 in Nikes and I usual wear between 11 and 12 depending on the shoes. I also have a fairly narrow foot. I thought the medium would be too small as they say that is 10-11. The large is noted as 12-13. There is no way I could ever where a 13, but I went with the large because I figured I could do something to make them fit if I needed to. I ordered them last minute before Halloween, so I had to make them work.They were WAY too big. I knew they'd be too big, but I think the medium would've been perfect. I made some insoles and glued some neoprene wetsuit material around the back of the heal. It made them far more comfortable than even the right size would've been. It added much needed padding and they felt more like tennis shoes except for the slope of the footbed. They are heals after all. Men (real men) aren't used to that sort of thing, but I got used to them quickly and I was able to burn up the dance floor no problem.They are very good quality and are not just cheap one-time-costume shoes.

I purchased these shoes for a disco-themed fundraiser, and they were a hit not only with me but with many of the other people at the event. I wore them with a gold shirt and black pants, and they definitely were an attention-grabber. They took a little getting-used-to (I assume the same would be true for any guy who's not used to wearing heels), but the look was outstanding and they held up to about five hours of dancing. Now I guess I know what I'll be wearing come Halloween...

Okay - here is the real deal for anyone ordering these. I am a men's size 10.5, so I bought the 10-11(M) according to the posted size chart. Well, that was way too big, because even with multiple pairs of socks and padding, my heels would pop out of every single step. Totally unusable and a great way to break an ankle! So I returned them, and took a chance on the size 8-9(M). To my surprise, this was a pretty good fit for my size 10.5 foot. Now, I'm not gonna lie - the shoes are a tiny bit tight, but certainly a much better fit than the size 10-11. Besides, it's not like these are everyday shoes anyway. Long story short: for most people, you'll probably be better off buying the next size down from your regular shoe size.

These really set off my Elvis costume. I wear a 10 1/2 4E shoe and was worried they might be too narrow. They fit just fine and were higher quality than I expected. I will be buying inserts to soften the heel. However, walking in these things, now THAT is another story.

I got these shoes to complete my Jimi Hendrix costume and they did the trick! The biggest challenge was walking in them. Being a guy...not fun! They look good, but they are uncomfortable (for me). I give credit to women who wear heals or platforms daily...power to you!

kurze Partyabende. Mit Größe 50 hat der Schuh allerdings nichts zu tun. Er fällt extremklein aus und ist vielleicht bis Größe 48 zmtragen geeignet...
