There seems to be a lot of issues with the pinout not being correct. I had the same problem as well i ended having to re pin the connectors. It would be nice if they included a pin out guide and or some kind of instructions. I had to take it apart to figure out the wiring. It would as be nice to have some details on the use it took me a bit to figure out how to reset the kill switch.

Looked the same as mine on the taotao 250cc, but the colors were all different. Not a big deal since it's a different manufacturer, but the harness was pinned in the wrong spots. The 6 pin harness had 5 wires and the 4 pin had 3 wires. 1 of the ones on the 4 pin were in the opposite location of the oem harness. Had to repin the whole thing to work. Which Involved tearing the new one and old one apart and matching the wires to the right location.

Part was perfect but didn't fit my sons quad. This part had 10 wires color coded differently instead of 9 wires that what was previously removed from the quad.

My handlebar switch arrived in a timely manner. After installation, start switch did not work. After diagnosing problem, I had to rewire but removing orange wire and inserting another. Switch is advertised as a 9 wire but mine switch had 10 wires. Color coding for the wires did not match existing colors for my Tao Tao Bull 150.

Product looks identical, fits and plugs in perfectly. But blows primary fuse almost instantly! I reinstalled my old part and nothing works anymore.. Even after replacing fuse 5 times. I believe this part actually ruined something inside the starting circuit of this 4 wheeler. Not sure what steps to take, as returning the new part isn't going to fix my problem by any means..
