Horrible product with ZERO INSTRUCTIONS. And after you finally figure out the install at the VERY VERY last step of putting the cover plate on you notice there aren’t any screw holes for the plate to attach to the main housing. When there is clearly screw holes for it and every other shower install has this. I was told to pretty much glue it to the shower wall and use “glass glue” (in their response to seal it on the outside. Awful. DO NOT BUY!!! Will leak!!!

This is a GREAT PRDUCT at a reasonable Price. Didi not meet the plumbing Code for my area. Customer service has been Great!!

I gave the 4 stars because the rain shower head was a little thinner than I would have liked so we ended up returning it. The components were all included and overall it good, but it didn't work for us. Also, it was more "gold" than we needed.

Bought this 6 months ago, wanted to truly test out this before reviewing. No issues, no chipping of the black even with hard water. Great set. Best price I’ve found
