This holds the weight securely and slides nice on the ground. It works both indoors and outdoors. I'm not too sure about how much weight it can hold, it seems a little weak when you really load it up. But it works fine for most of my needs!

This is a great workout sled. It was easy to put together. Didn't take long at all and it has just the right amount of weight to it and great quality. Holds weights nicely and is very durable. We use this in our home garage and we love it!!!

We went to mountain after snowing last week.I was blown away by the quality and performance of this weight sled. The construction is solid and it's clear that the manufacturer took weight bearing into consideration when designing the product. An excellent choice for anyone looking to enhance their fitness and athletic ability, I've been using the sled for a few weeks now and have seen a significant improvement in my strength and endurance. It has changed my workout routine. The sled is also very easy to assemble and transport. I've taken it to the beach, the park, and even used it in my backyard.I'm very impressed with this weight sled and I will refer to my sister

My husband is so excited for this weighted sled, unfortunately he got it in the middle of our winter, so we are a few months off from him actually using it but he is so excited. He is definitely a power trainer and this will just add to his workouts, I am curious if it will work okay on grass but we do have a family compound home being build that will have a turf section that he can use there. He has already put it together so it was very easy for him and the weights we have at home slide unto the sled easily that we can use our own weight. Again he is very excited to use this, would highly recommend!

The GADFISH weight sled is a game-changer for my workouts—perfect for pushing and pulling to build strength and improve speed. It’s durable, easy to use, and can handle heavy weights with ease, making it great for serious training!

This was very easy to build after watching the video they had on it. It is very sturdy, it's able to stand some light plates. I don't go bigger than 45 since I am slowly building back strength in my legs. Sometimes I will have my kiddo (50lbs) stand on and hold the rail as I walk backwards. Probably not the safest or meant for it, but it is a fun way to work out with kids. I use it on turf and it glides smoothly with no issues so far. The harness is comfortable enough and easy to adjust.

First, it appears that this sled had been assembled prior to me getting it, but I realized that AFTER I had started to assemble this. The pictures shown indicate some rust/dirt starting to accumulate. That's not the end of the world, but its certainly a concern for what should be a new product. Assembly is pretty straight forward, though if you're using your 10mm socket that you haven't lost elsewhere, I would recommend doing it finger tight, as it will deform the oval tube. So one star lost from what looks like a less than new item.2nd star gets lost due in the pulling strap/harness. The strap is VERY LONG, at least 5' long with the intention of using the included shoulder harness that looks to be intended for forward walking. But I want to walk backwards the primary way most people are pulling sleds these days. So the setup seems lacking. While I have a different pulling strap, there's no simple way to use it with the included hardware. I'll need to buy a short chain to get the job done.So now to the good. It's an easy assembly, I like the multiple hook points & the sled seems to move really easy which means it will be good on grass, carpet or turf, but probably not too good on bare concrete/sidewalks, though I could see some hardened plastic added to it (you might need some engineering skills to do that). I'd like the push bar to be higher, but that's a preference of mine vs someone who may be training for football or a younger child who's not as tall (I'm 6'). I'm excited to put some miles on this sled even with the short comings listed. And for the price, it should serve you needs!
