This actually it’s my first PCP rifle, I choose it first of all for the brand, I own several others Gamo break barrel rifles and they are excellent for backyard plinking and quite pests control, very silent but deadly and precise. My first shots I tough that something was wrong with the rifle, after the first 20 shots maybe I started noticing the power of this rifle. Absolutely precise shot after shot same spot at 25 yards using 1 gr pellets Gamo magnum energy. Installed a 3-9 x 40 that do a fantastic job. I love the fact that I can use the same magazines of the Gamo Swarm. A perfect rifle for shooting standing with only 5 lbs of weight. Now this rifle it’s for a 25-30 yds range, the manufacturer stated 60 shots per fill, I used 1.37 gr pellets in a full refill and was able to consistently shot at 25 yds approximately 45 shots after that you can probably do 10 more adjusting the sight. Still, I mean 50-55 shots with 21 gr pellets it’s not bad. If you are a beginner looking for a PCP rifle this is the perfect one, not to mention the price. I’ll recommend it.

I’m new air gunner- bought it 3-4 months ago and was very happy! After 1-2 thousand pellets upgraded to Arrow Classic ( same rifle but 50-60% more power) . Both are great for the money. Yes they are not accurate like FX Air rifles( specifically for long range)but the price is not 4 digit!!!Overall very happy with them.Only problem with the Classic, after 1.5-2 thousand pellets - the breech seal failed.O rings with 2.5mm ID and 5.5mm OD works great. Gamo doesn’t offer replacement O rings for Arrow .Buna N rings work well.

It may not be all that and a bag 'o' chips when it come to PCP air rifles, but it was affordable, and the grandkids and I have fun plinking targets in the back yard, which is really all that matters.

First off fun to shot as adult fits well and hold dime sized group 50ish to 60ish yards. Lightwieght gun shot 4 tins of pellets first day and saved enough money to pay for the gun vs 22lr ammo. The pellet hitting the target is louder than the gun. Only complaints is no way of using a single shot tray and magazine doesn't like lightwieght slugs it tries to rotate and closes 1/4ish way. These has caused some feeding issues at first. Stock is not adjustable so my 8yr son couldn't shoulder the rifle properly out of the box. Also he's small framed 8yr old so he has hard time holding the wieght of the gun. I fixed these complaints with a bipod and cutting the stock down and taking a tooth pick or something and you can push the pellets all the way to the front of the mag or just going with a higher wieght pellet like I did and i fixed these small complaints. Plan on buying another for myself to use to go squirrel hunting with my son together. Kills squirrels and other small game effectively honestly i will probably retire my ruger 10 22 for small game hunting with this air rifle. I really enjoy it and it's cheapest pcp I own so I'm not new to pcp air guns I currently use a pcp 50 caliber for deer hunting and 357 caliber with a thermal scope for coyote control on my land. If you have never used a pcp your in for a surprise but do yourself a favor buy a electric pump lol
