The first one came banged up, but a replacement was sent right away and it was in better shape but some of the parts are cheaply made and ultimately we mix and matched with old and new parts for the quality aspect.

I was skeptical that the door lock would be an easy installation. This replacement lock was extremely easy to install, no additional drilling or changes were required to swap out the cylinder and the latch assembly. Now I have a new lock with the ability to lock and unlock from the exterior of my basement. Why I didn’t do this years ago as I never had a key before to open the door.
