Seems like a good quality part. It came with all new seals and nuts and bolts. I had to drill out one mounting hole for it to line up but was no big deal and install was smooth.

bolted right in for the mechanic and its even a bigger then stock (12.7 gallons). holds a full tank nicely and even came with new hardware and gaskets. highly recommend since its cheaper then most others out there.
