It perfectly fit my 2010 Prius. The challenge was that the tabs on the bumper into which the screw grommets are normally seated were split and would no longer securely seat the grommets, which why the old valence failed in the firsts place. I solved the problem by using “Rexka 10 Sets M6-1.0 Hex Washer Head SEMS Body Bolts & Extruded U Nuts Kit for GM Ford Chrysler Nissan Mazda Toyota - Multipurpose - Fender Liner Bumper Engine Radiator Hood Panel Shield” fasteners. The tabs were in good enough shape to accept these and now the valence is securely connected to the bumper.

Welp, I did it again. Ripped the valence off her car. This one is great, perfect fit. Took me 10 min to install. Now if I can only remember to avoid the bump stops in her car.
