The door handle works good but it came with no screws that fit it. I had to go to the store to buy screws to fit it because it was different than the garage door locked that I bought. Very inconvenient when they could have thrown two screws in there that fit it.

Took a while month to ship from China, garbage. Don’t buy this product if you want what is seen in the picture, probably just cut my losses on this one

This is a sturdy, good product that was easy to install. My only comment for improvement is don’t ship with the key in the lock. It was slightly bent when it arrived.

Although the picture shows install screws the item did not come with any. The square shaft is too large to fit into the existing hardware. Shaft had to be ground slightly to fit.

While this item is sturdy and seems well-built, it was not the same length shaft as the one I replaced. Also, the shaft needed a hole in it to place the keeper screw inside the door. I had to drill the hole in order for this item to work properly. I am not displeased with it, just a little perturbed that I had to work on it to make it install properly.
