The ease of use of this thing obviously depends on the distance between the back of a trigger and the frame of the pistol. Did not work as delivered but I basically trimmed off a little crescent shaped edge of one of the flanges and it works actually better than I thought it would I don't know why they wouldn't already know that and sell them with just one half of one flange missing. After all if you don't need the cut flange you can just rotate the thing and essentially get a full flange

After I bought one.. I found 3 for same price from different manufacturer..but exactly the same.
