I could not source replacement gas pipes for Weber bbq locally. These were appropriately described with model and part number on Amazon and ordering was very straightforward

Arrived early. Well made and fit as it should. No instructions if you expect some. I was able to figure it out easy enough.

My Weber S320 grill has been serving us well for about 16 years but has started to get a little long of tooth. While the original stainless steel burners were still working, they didn’t produce as much heat as they used to. Given the cost of replacing this grill with a similar Weber grill was over 4 figures, I decided to replace the burners and some other parts. These burners were easy to install once I figured out how the cross bar was to be installed. Be sure to note how the old one is installed on your grill or take a photo before removing it. Once installed, the burners fired up beautifully - in daylight a virtually invisible all blue flame. No orange flame visible and no adjusting of the vents required. With all three burners on full blast, the temperature reach about 650 degrees in about 15 minutes. The grill, when new, reached about 700 degrees. Of course you only use this high temperature to burn off grease and grim so I’m not concerned about the slight difference. It might even be due to a degrading of the original thermometer. I’m very satisfied with these burners and if they last half as long as the original, I’ll be happy.

I gave this product 4 stars for the reason the package does not come with installation instructions. There are videos online, however, which show how to install. The burner tubes fit perfect in my older Weber Genesis Silver grill. The grill has been given a second life, it works like new with even and consistent heat throughout.

I'm not sure how old my Genesis grill even is, but this is the second set of burners I've installed. The old ones rusted up into pieces, so pretty old. These burners are identical to the ones I replaced and they work great. I thought I was going to have to install a new igniter, but that works fine again as well! I still need to replace a new flavorizer bar, as I only had 5 new ones to replace the six that needed it badly, but that's another story. This is the original Weber grill, with the top mounted controls. It has gotten a lot of use and except for a broken hood hinge, it has done a fine job over the years. I paid about 800 bucks when I bought it and at the time I thought it was outrageous. The new ones are around 1200 now. I'd say I've been pretty satisfied. I wouldn't go back to a cheaper model now.

Parts were not made to mfg specs. Supposed to be exact for for Weber kit 7508. Photo clearly shows the notch in the spade ends are stamped opposite to kit 7508 and will not fit. Researched customer reviews (should have done this in the first pace) and found this is a common problem. Out of curiosity researched DIY videos on YouTube and found many of the same problematic examples. Some frustrated customers sent the item back and a few used a Dremel to "cut-to-fit." Spoke to your customer service agents (after 30 minutes of frustrating riot conversations) who was difficult to understand and could not grasp what I was describing. He even asked for photos, which I provided. He persisted in offering a refund or a gift card as I pressed to find out if this mfg defect was going to be fixed. After about an hour time investment I thanked then told your agent I would cut my own notch. Bid him farewell and went on to something else. He called me back wanting to provide me with a refund. I repeated my pending effort to fire up my Dremel and again bid him farewell. I have had marvelous service from Amazon....up until now. This was a doozie. BY THE WAY, I'm and engineer and know well what I'm doing. Have a great day.

Burners were a perfect fit for Weber Genesis 310/320. No modifications required. Holes appear to be slightly different than OEM but working fine. My only issue was corrosion on the rest of the grill. 2 burner mounting screws sheared off, manifold mounting bracket had rusted off at box. Fabricated a new mounting bracket and attached existing bracket with beam clamps. 16 year old Weber now like new, saved a bundle from not having to buy a new one. Working great.

Crossover tube was slightly longer than the original. But with a little work got it in. BBQ works just like new.

Way better price than the OEM burners for my old genesis. The burners fit perfectly, no issues other than getting the old seized bolts out. My BBQ works great again. maybe I will get another 15 years out of it :-)
