This wheel is actually more heavy-duty than my gate. This wheel is more heavy-duty than the one on my trailer! This wheel, I swear, is built of mithril...I may have overdone the joke, but for real it's top notch, moves the gate with easy, and fixed the sag in the gate that happens when the door is open... which no longer happens since its actually LEVEL now (thanks to the spring on the wheel). Good money spent

1: Why do we want it? For our 12' wide swinging gate.2: Unboxing: Come in bags in a small box. Very heavy!3: Instructions: None needed.4: Install: Two minutes. Just place and then bolt into place. Comes with mounts for a chain link fence, but we just used some galvanized bolts on our custom wood gate.5: In Action: This is a very heavy duty wheel. We have one similar on another 12 wide gate, but this one is black and goes better with our black gate hardware. Expect it to last as our other one has.Pros: Keeps a big wide gate from sagging. Good value.Cons: None as yet.
