I miss the continental "gatorback" belts but they transitioned away from that design to the standard "sour belt" style. The price was right on these and they work fine.For those DIY'ers who dont know, when you change your belt, you should also change the tensioner pulley as they will stop giving the proper amount of tension over time, however id judge it more on your mileage, they're cheap and easy enough to install, just one bolt for most applications. Id do them every 50k as part of a tune up for preventative maintenance but if your belt shreds for some random reason, then I would just replace the belt.

This belt seems to be of high quality and perfect replacement for a 2006 Lotus Elise with the 2ZZ-GE engine. Gates K060663 Multi V-Groove Belt is for a normally aspirated engine with A/C. The Elise has a rear clam hinge so changing the belt was a breeze.

I had broken 3 belts within a two month time period and thought that possibly the quality of the belts I used was inferior. All I can say is that if you need a serpentine belt then buy Gates.

Decided to buy this part cause of price. Even though Amazon said it was not for my 2004 impala SS. I cross checked the part number with other online part stores and this is the part my car wanted. So when in doubt, check around for fitment from other stores then shop around by part number for prices :) So far so good
