I bought these to better secure a temporary screen house. The anchor ropes that came with the house were pretty flimsy, and I thought it best to add some more anchors.The adjustment mechanism these anchors use is one I have not seen before. At first I thought I was going to have to return them, but I pulled up the product in the Amazon app and studied the photos closely.Once I finally figured them out, I could quickly and easily adjust the anchor ropes so that they were tight and strong. The house had been subject to 20-mph sustained winds with higher gusts, but we have had no issues.

There is no mention about the rope being reflective. In the day, the silver stripes look like they would be reflective, but at night they are NOT reflective. NOT good for guy lines on your tent or to make a clothes line. I was planning to use the rope to outline my tent for visibility of stakes at night. But, have to buy reflective line for that. This is just like regular paracord. Ok for the price. Not recommend for backpacking

I am giving this a 4 for now as I haven't used them yet as I bought these for when I need to leave the area because of storms. It looks like it is a good product and will do the job or I would have returned them. I will update you later.

I use these for my garage to hang tools and in my yard for lights. They are very durable lines and the adjusters work great. I would not leave them in the sun for too long as they are not intended for that use. This is a great set for tents and workshop needs.
