My 14 year old son wanted a wallet, and since he doesn't have credit cards or an ID finding one was difficult. He was thrilled to get this COLEAT wallet, and was impressed by the feel. He likes that he can keep his bills separate from his coins, and it fits well into his pants pockets. The workmanship is great, and it looks like it will last for years to come.

This Genuine Leather Zipper Card Wallet doesn't have a genuine leather feel at all.It feels more like a kids toy than real leather.Of course, I'm not a leather expert, just how the product feels to me.It does not have a leather smell - at all - in fact, it's odorless which could be a good thing.The wallet will hold a good amount of cards and some folded currency.It's nice that they lined the inside with satin-like material.I deducted stars because I was expecting an item with a higher quality feel to it and on top of that the item arrived in a lite duty plastic wrap - no box for gifting.As it looks like some of the other reviewers received a better quality, my hope is that if you order this item, yours arrives as theirs did, not as mine did.

When I opened this, I was comforted by the smell of real leather! I have to give the company some credit here, as products advertised as leather often turn out to be PU or PVC. I can't tell what grade of leather it is, but the fact that it is actual leather is good enough for me.That said, the inside is lined with polyester, which I am not a fan of. But your average modern wallet will have the same materials since the inside of the pouch is going to experience wear and tear.I don't like to keep cash and coins in my regular wallet for sanitary reasons. So this coin purse will come in handy. There are times when I'm stepping out to the fruit vendor or a flea market or tag sale, and I need to bring cash but not my full wallet. This will work great for those times.The only thing I wish were different about this coin purse is that I wish it were just a little bit deeper. My regular wallet is about 1/4 inch taller from bottom to top so that there is a little room at the top when cash bills are in there. Bills will fit just fine in this coin purse but I like to have a bit more room at the top.Otherwise this is a handy accessory that can be used for cash, credit cards, coins, and anything else that fits. I'd give it 4.5 stars overall.
