It works, but not as well as the OEM part. The primer I received does not match the one shown on Amazon or my original part. The one shown has a more rounded top and the part number is cast into the mold. The one I received has a flatter and smooth top. It does not rebound as well after being pushed. But, it does work, just not as well as the OEM part.

The disassembly of my Toro snowblower wasn't too bad to get the old bulb base off of the mounting plate. One tip is to heat the tube that attaches at the bulb base with my heat gun. You don't want to get it too hot, but this made the tube release from the barb much easier because the tubing was more pliable. Then you can depress the two "wings" that hold the bulb base on the plate to release it. I was working in front of a torpedo heater in my garage, so I held the new bulb in front of the heat source to make it pliable also. I'm holding the bulb in my hand, so I could tell that it wasn't getting so hot that it will damage the new part. The bulb pulled up over the bulb base quite easily by doing this. I see a lot of reviews where the bulb was next to impossible to stretch over the base, so heating it will make this task way easier! After putting it all back together, the prime bulb functions like new again!
