I ordered small for both the G-Form Elite knee guards and elbow pads for my teen. The knee guards are too small, while the elbow pads are too large. It is not necessarily the problem of the products, but they did not work for us. The build quality seems to be fine, but I would hope there are more protections on the sides. In a fall, you do not get a chance to choose which part gets hit, so better with more protection.

I work for a large shipping company. Knee /shin injuries are common the belt sliding in/out of the trailer it hits you its pain full. I have been looking some sort of knee/shin protection. This product so far works not bulky easy to get off after sweating. Protects me from injury not 100% but works. I love the knee pads waiting on the elbow pads .

The pads hold up very well, do not slip off, like some other brands. Not bulky, can go under the tracksuit. Good protection. I was inline skating on the footpath. I didn't notice a thick pipe across the path, a workman tried to warn me, but I had music on and didn't notice him. So I flew forward, hit the concrete on my knee and a wrist. I felt slight discomfort on my knee for 20 seconds but was able to continue skating. I can only imagine what could have happened if I didn't have the protection.

Bought several protection pads for ice skating/rollerblading of different brands in the past. But these G-form are the best. Fits snugly under the stretchy jeans, but it is not too thin, so protection is excellent. Holds well. I can relax while skating and go faster without worry about falling and hurting myself. Because when I fall on my knees, it doesn't hurt at all. I wish I knew about these pads earlier!

The size guide really helped get the calve and thigh thicknesses right. They are very comfortable against the bare skin and don't really move around at all. I haven't had an impact with them yet to know how much protection they will provide, but it sure will beat the bare skin in contrast. Well made product. Thinking of getting the elbow pads as well next.

I have smaller legs and these fit snuggly and don’t really slide down. I have had an impact as well and they protected just as designed. Very easy to peddle in as well. Not too bulky or hot either.

So comfortable, I forgot I was wearing them. Unmatched flexibility for uphill riding. Extremely compact - I keep hem in my hydration pack while riding the roads to/from the trailhead. The rubber grip around the cuffs prevents sliding and creep. The most breathable pads I have worn, but are still a bit warm in hot summer weather. To clean, simply toss in the washer with the rest of your bike kit.The sizing chart is pretty accurate. Be sure to check all the stitching before use; these are hand stitched and occasionally things don't get assembled 100% accurately and the stitching may come unravelled or the elastic banding may be exposed. My first set had this issue. Seller happily swapped them with free shipping.Purchased to protect my knee while it heals from a fall into sharp rocks. These are no downhilling armor that can reasonably guard against wrapping a leg around a tree. But, they work very well against basic falls and preventing shin dings from overgrown trail foilage. The elbow pads are also great!

It took a couple mtb rides to get use to wearing the G-Form knee pads, but since then I have been very pleased with my choice in selecting these guards. They are light and comfortable and most of all, they work. these guards don't slide down, they stay on your knee. I would recommend these guards to anyone who Mt. Bikes.

This is my second pair, they fit great as long as, you order the right size. Got my pair at a great price from Amazon. The only drawback is that the can feel warm in hot days but the protection is very good. They are also easy to clean.

I bought these for my son. He's 19 and about 145 lbs and I chose the small size knowing it may stretch a little if it was tight and now that its been over a month and a few uses with snoboarding that is exactly what happened. He initially felt they were too tight and after a couple of uses they fit like a glove. He trashed his knee skateboarding which is why we bought this set. I feel much more confident with him out there wiping out now that his knees are protected. We intend to get the whole set. Especially the back protection for the tail bone. We researched quite a bit before choosing and while there are similar products for much less, based on the reviews and our own experience this quality paid off and I won't save money at the expense of him getting hurt. I highly highly recommend these!

These knee pads did everything I can ask for. They are super comfortable and after an adjustment period you hardly notice they are there. The silicone grippers don’t quite lock in like I was expecting but the sliding isn’t bad unless you’re racing. Would highly recommend these but they are a little heftier than the pro alternative so keep that in mind.
