The experience is very good so far.The load limit is however only a few Kg's according to the manual but I have had about 10Kg of equipment in this one without any problem.Easy to remove during fuling. It has a carry handle but I'm missing back-pack style carry straps that would have made it absolutely perfect. You have to buy an additional metal bracket suitable to mount it on your bike. The plastic universal connection ring is included with the bag but not the metal bracket and bolts that holds the ring to the bike.I read other reviews that the zippers fails after a while but i have not expereinced this yet. Or it might have been on the first batch only. Time will tell...

It looks good on the bike, I was afraid that since I’m only 5’8” I might not be able to see the dash clearly with it mounted. I can see fine, it is just about as big as I would want to put on there though. Since it is so large I will only mount it when I am traveling. There is a bit of minor bar interference on the left at full lock, but I don’t believe it will hit the horn button which was my main concern. The right bar doesn’t seem to touch at full lock so the kill switch should be ok. I do not have bar backs on the bike, that could be an issue with this. I like that this bag has a ton of storage and two different places to keep a map. For those of us that like to travel on a bike, you just can’t have enough storage. This will be welcome on my next trip.

I had a sw motec bag for years. I took a chance when I replaced it with this. I like the attachment system more. The capacity and look and feel is pretty much identical to my old bag. Overall I’m pleased.

I am sending this back. After mounting everything up, the bag just pops right off the mount with a slight tug. This is very unsafe. I double checked the fit and it looks to be fitting on the tank ring snugly and properly, but the bag just pops right off with just a little movement. NOT HAPPY.

As anyone with a motorcycle can tell you, there is never enough ways to carry stuff along for the ride. The mounting system is good and not hard at all to install (just have to make sure you get the right adapter for your bike). However, the gas inlet on my CBR600RR is too close to me, and hence so is the bag. Some say they simply lean on the bag but I don't like the idea of crushing it in with my chest, so I mounted it backwards by rotating the attachment point under the bag (easy, just 4 screws). This works out very well for me and I attached the safety straps under the seat (temporarily remove the tank screw to feed the strap through). The downside to this is I have to take the seat back off to remove the bag, but looks like it was made to go this way since the tank slopes down towards the front. It appears sturdy and well made, comes with reflective piping on the top and sides, and the three side pockets are attached to a strap that you can pull off the bag and wear it like a fanny pack, (yeah, like I'm every going to do that, but to each his own). Also comes with a raincoat (for the bag, not you), a carry handle since you really can't lock the bag to the bike so you just take it with you when you stop for food or whatever. There's also a shoulder strap for hands free carry. The sip tube for my hydration kit feeds nicely through the hole in the bag (but it's originally made for running wires to whatever devices you have), so that's a nice option for carrying water bladders. While there's no way to carry a full face helmet in it, I can put my medium size Arai about halfway in it as a place to temporarily set it (better than trying to hang it from the handlebars). I did however manage to fit my spare Bell Mag9 helmet (open face) completely inside and zipped up, so I can securely carry it along if I'm going to pick up a passenger. Even expanded like this I can easily see my dash over it so that's no problem.

Placed this bag with tank lock on my Hayabusa. I also bought the carbon fiber tank protection stickers that mount under the bag to keep it from scratching the tank. I went on a three day ride through Death Valley with this bag. Held everything I needed and then some. Locks and unlocks with ease. Had this bag now for one year and have no issues.
