They are very difficult to open and require more than just squeezing. Sturdy and durable doesn’t matter if too hard to open.

To open the case you have to squeeze the sides together, and the metal hinges at the sides are not easily squeezed and they hurt my fingers!They fit my larger sunglasses but could not fit really large sunglasses.They were very cheap and you get what you pay for.

These eyeglasses cases are gorgeous. They are strong and you can see them easily at the bottom of your purse. People ask me where I got these and I tell them from amazon. Pretty vibrant colors and the ones with cute sayings like "Always be Kind" are especially pretty. I love these.

Great value for the money. Have been using for sunglasses. Size accommodates various styles and has protected lenses from scratching. Different case colors helps me ID the sunglasses inside. Easy to pop in and out of the case.

If you are looking for large, lightweight cases to keep your glasses from getting scratched while in your bag or perhaps even in your pocket then you can’t really go wrong with these. You get four cases, assorted colors and they are even large enough to fit most sunglasses. Now don’t get it wrong, these are NOT hard sided cases so they will NOT protect your glasses from anyone sitting, standing or even putting something very heavy on top of the case. But that is not what a soft side case is meant to do. The spring inset at the opening of each case seems to be solid enough to hold up to many, many openings. In other words, the spring opening on these cases seem to be as well built as the spring openings I’ve had on much pricier cases.The colors I received were light pastels and the fabric is what they call PU leather. It’s soft and supple enough, nice looking and they don’t look like dollar store material. The interior of the case is lined with a (very) thin layer of what looks and feels like felt. I am definitely not an expert when it comes to fabric, in fact, the only time I can correctly identify the type of fabric is when it is clearly labeled by the manufacturer. Since that’s not the case here I can just give you my best guess. I can also say that even though it appears to be just a very thin layer of felt, or possibly flannel, lining the inside of the case it is sufficient to keep the eyeglass lenses from getting scratched while inside the case. I can say this without question because I have been using these cases since December 2022 and I have not yet had a single scratch. I guess the best rating I can give is to say I intend to order another set for myself to keep on hand. I have gone on to order more sets of these eyeglass cases, not because the original set fell apart but because I am so impressed with how well they have held up! If you like soft sided cases I recommend giving these a try. They are definitely a good value for your money and I think you will be glad you took a chance. Have a blessed day folks. 😇
