Expensive piece of plastic. The "living hinge" on my original broke and the cover fell off. This replacement is similar, very thin hinge which s/b OK if never or rarely opened. Not GM's best work. Vendor is excellent, fast ship, no issues with them. Fit 2002 Dmax P/U 2500 perfectly, 3 stars because of cost. Figured worth replacing since alternator connection is inside the box. Keep your original nut as a new one does not come with the part.

Genuine GM part in an actual GM box. Does not come with a nut for the stud, but I wasn't expecting it. If you need a new nut the thread pitch is M10x1.5

Had a low charging issue with my 2003 Escalade. Made a noticeable difference in charging. The old part had melted through the rear of the box. This part came fast and in a GM box.

Had an issue with my charging system. After 2 new batteries and an alternator (+650$) discovered my problem was this junction box. Being able to find a GM genuine replacement box solved my issue!

Nice red color. Easily installs fits great. I wish it came with a nut although I knew that it didn’t.
