This light, SK400II-V works perfect! I tried to find any reviews about it before buying, but didn’t find it. So decided to give a try. I already have godox ad200 and 600 batteries operated and needed additional light for studio. What I like is this light is not heavy, still fast recycle time and not expensive at all for such a powerful strobe. It will work wonderfully for a beginner studio photographer or a pro. You will need a trigger though - good or flashpoint would work.

The quality of the SK400ii-V is very nice. Much much better than I expected for a sub $200 light.Flash power and color is consistent. It came well packed with extra fuses and a good length power cord.Works very well with the Xpro triggers I use.I will buy more to replace my aging Amvona strobes.

I’m a hobby and professional photographer, when I was looking for an affordable, durable, and easy to use flash system this Godox flash caught my eye. So far I have used it for multiple mini shoots as well as for a wedding and it has worked great so much so that I have purchased multiple. The Flash has multiple settings as well as always on function for continuous lighting can connect wirelessly to your camera as well as having different mounting and flash options and it come with multiple bulbs as well. it was very easy to set up and it hasn’t failed me on a shoot yet.

Economical yet powerful 400 wats of good quality light recycling time is good a Built in R2 receiver & 10 watts of LED light is another cool addition. For outdoor session connect to an any appropriate portable power pack to shoot outdoor with out problems.
