Does what you need it to do. I use this with a shoot through umbrella and works wonderfully. Currently I use with a Godox flash but would like to see how it holds with the AD 200

Obviously the main reason people get these is to be able to use modifiers with their speed lights but even just a bare speed light it offers more security and versatility in adjusting the angle than most other methods of adapting hot shoes to stands.Just barely able to fit the popular AD200/AD200 Pro.
