There is no sound from the headphones after connecting the BTI-038 to TV?
1, If you connected it by the optical cable, please change the TV setting as below.
- Change “Audio Output” to “Digital Optical (SPDIF)”
- Change “Audio Output Format” to “PCM/LPCM or Stereo”，and turn off “Dolby”
2, If you connected it by the RCA audio cable, please confirm if you connected to the AUDIO OUT jack. And change TV settings as below.
- Turn off "Internal Speaker", or change to "External Speaker"

I bought these a while back and wanted to try them out for more than just a couple weeks to give a better review. The sound of the earbuds are good but not great. After only 2 months the transmitter gave out and now it will not connect. Next time I will spend a little more money and get some well made.

This is my third set I tried a different brand two times and after a while the right ear piece stopped working so I decided to try a different brand. So far they are working great. We will see over time if they continue to work correctly by that I mean sound from both ear pieces. Came with everything I needed to set it up which was very easy once you figure out your tv connection and what connecting line you need to use. So far it’s working great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a tv head set.AG

This is my second purchase of this item. We purchased 1st in 2021. After just over 2 years of daily use the headset wires started with static and cutting in and out - just wear and tear, I'm sure. I contacted Golvery to purchase a new headset. Since they do not offer the headset (or at least that model) as a solo purchase, they offered me a discount on a new set. It works great - just like the first one and customer service is prompt with responses. They even sent a follow up message a few days after we received the new one to be sure it was working well and included a how to video link in case we were having any difficulties getting it set up. Real customer service! What a novelty!! I'd forgotten how nice it is to have a company actually care about their customers satisfaction! This is a great product for those hard of hearing that crank the TV too loud - especially if that is annoying to others. Mom can put her headset on and walk into the kitchen, laundry, etc...still listening to her shows. She LOVES it. Thanks you Golvery!

This product is easy to set up and does exactly what it says. There is no time delay from the tv which is noticeable. The sound is crisp clear. I bought this because I am hard of hearing and my wife isn't. We had to have the tv volume so high it was uncomfortable for her. This unit has saved the day. I can listern on my headphones while my wife listerns from the tv at the same time. Everyone is happy.

These Golvery bluetooth head phones are great. I use them for TV listening , as the speakers on my flat screen are not that great. The sound is good and clear as a bell. The unit was easy to set up and worked flawlessly the first time. All the parts I needed to hook up with , were included. I leave the transmitter plugged in all the time so don't have to worry about charging time. Headphones charge is quite a long time , certainly in the 12 hour range they advertise. Kitty at customer service has been great , and responds quickly with any questions that I have. I would highly recommend these headphones for TV listening.

If you want terrific sound quality, very comfortable earbuds that are provided in different sizes, surround sound that’s incredible, ease of setting up, plenty of hour time before re-charging, at a price that is ridiculously cheap compared to others and comes with a two-year warranty, then don’t waste anymore time in ordering this unit now. I’ve had other TV ears for many years and enjoyed them, but for my money and listening pleasure I had to go and buy more than one set of this unit. Oh, and did I tell you that you can walk anywhere around the house and continue to listen if you so desire, and others can hear the TV at the same time if they need to. Totally impressed.

The product was so fast and easy to install that I enjoyed a program within minutes of receiving it. There are several options for connecting to the TV - all very easy to use. Now, my family and I can enjoy the same show without having to turn up the volume. With the click of a button, I have a choice of ambient sounds - I can talk or not talk. It's like surround sound (it's hard to hear, I'm not sure I've ever heard so much). We're still working out some issues, but so far, they're minor - headphones don't work for all broadcasts, but that could be my mistake. Most programs are seamless. This is a great product and a great price!Update: After I posted this comment, Golfery followed me and cleared all (yes) questions. I loved this product and customer service so much that When I was looking for a new bluetooth speaker device, Golfery was the company I wanted to work with. I have products, both of which are great things. I highly recommend this product and company.

Son muy buenos, al abrir el paquete nos asustamos al ver tanto cable, pero luego probamos con un único cable y enseguida se conectó. Fue muy fácil. Son buenos, se escuchan muy bien.

Nothing much negative to say about the Headphone, they have a really nice sound and a fairly comfortable to wear. They don't take to long to charge and the charge seems to last quite a while before it is necessary to charge again. They were fairly easy to set up and I did It myself just following the provided instructions, so I can't really say how the tech support is. If I had anything negative to say it would be that the ends of the headphone could be just a little smaller they seem fairly large, but maybe I have small ear holes, I don't know. Maybe a few different sizes of buds would be a nice addition, they give you additional buds but they all appear to be the same size, but then again, can you imagine asking people how large are your earholes?

Audio ottimo. Facilità di utilizzo eccellente (fa tutto da solo, il Bluetooth si aggancia da solo e immediatamente , intuitivo e immediato). Forse avrei desiderato un livello amplificazione leggermente superiore per ascoltare l'audio della TV, ma ovviamente ciò dipende da mille altre variabili (sorgente, tipo di TV o amplificatore). Gli auricolari possono essere agganciati in Bluetooth a qualunque altra sorgente (PC, telefono) indipendentemente dalla basetta.

This product arrived on time as expected. However I could never get the sound to work. I successfully charged the receiver and the headphones, successfully paired them without much effort required, but no sound. I tried every combination possible switched cables and finally different TV's. Also Googled the product and retraced my steps with instructions available there. Again no sound. I finally decided I had a defective product OR I was an idiot.I asked for a replacement and received it within 3 days. I charged the units paired them and it worked immediately with no adjustments necessary.Bottom line if it does not work right away it ain't you.Once the second unit was setup the sound is great and the headset is very comfortable. Multiple size buds are supplied so you can adjust to fit. The sound is clear without having to set the volume very high. So I am happy with the product just annoyed it took me so long to figure out my first unit was defective.
