Inexpensive lithium ion battery charger. Seems to charge my lithium ion batteries for my FT-60R nicely.

Picture indicates a 4 contact point Charger for Li-Ion batteries and it rated at 9V output. Actual Charger received in a 3 contact point Charger rated at 7.2V and does not charge 4 contact point Li-Ion batteries. It charges 3 contact Ni-MH batteries fine.

My wife and I both have Yaesu FT-60R radios, and the only frustration we have had with them was that the old batteries would lose power just sitting on the shelf. Then, when we needed the radios they would be dead and need charged before use. We got new Lithium Ion batteries, which will stay charged for years instead of months, and found that our old chargers would not charge the new batteries. Got this, and we are back in business. It charges the batteries while on the radio, even with the belt clips on the radios!
