We had a ton of old pillows so this worked quite well. Definitely sturdy with a hefty chain and thick material that should last long.

I bought this bag for my kids (11, 7, and 6) and this bag seems to be a suitable size for them and stuffed to the brim with old work clothes and an old pillow or two it's about the right density and weight for small children as well. All in all it's the right tool for the job.

I love this, its so much cheaper than buying a weighted punching bag, also dont have to deal with the hassle of receiving and moving that much weight. I filled it up with a bunch of my clothes that dont fit me anymore now that I gained weight and its awesome to not have these clothes taking up space and go to waste until I can fit myself back in them. Now my clothes have a use instead of taking up spacePerfect for apartments!
